    FEATURES AND COMPONENTS 1. Variable Speed Control Dial: Allows you to select speed and gradually adjust during blending if desired. 2. Lock/Unlock Button: Must be pressed to unlock before power handle will operate. 3. On/Off Power Button: Allows you to activate the hand blender at the touch of a button after unlocking.

    OPERATION BLENDING The specially designed blade is for mixing and puréeing all kinds of foods, including salad dressings, powdered drink products, soups and sauces, and blended drinks like milkshakes or smoothies. This blade mixes and stirs while adding only a minimum of air to your mixture.
