The heat is produced directly within the pan and is controlled by an electronic circuit which offers superior performance and functions.

Model No. DI-1800 USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS – IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS DO NOT block the air-intake panel, as this may overheat the unit. We recommend pans to be in the range of 4.7~10.2 inches in diameter. Please refer to the next page for a list of suitable and unsuitable pans.
