Before use:

Before every use, wind off the power cord from the storage space. The place for the peeler's operation must be dry and
clean. Then stabilize the peeler by slight press from above so that the rubber feet may adhere to the rest. Before connecti-
on of the feeder cord into the power network, check if the switch is set into the shut-off (0) position. Further, put the plate
to the base so that the spit on the plate's bottom may lock-on to the base's safety lock. By a slight press, push the peeling
disk onto the shaft. Check if all parts are properly placed.
Peeler operation:
1 Check if the switch is set into the shut-off (0) position. Check if all parts are properly placed, otherwise the device will
not operate.
2 Before processing, wash down earth from potatoes or root vegetables.
3 Fill the plate with 1-2 cups of water. Insert enough amount of potatoes into the plate so that they may cover the peeling
disk but no more than 1 kg per every portion. Shut the cover and check if the cover's groove locked-on to the plate's
groove, otherwise the peeler will not operate. Carefully secure the cover's safety locks.
4 Set the switch into the shut-on (I) position, the device begins to operate. During the operation, the peeler vibrates but
it is kept on site by means of rubber feet.
5 Processing time for one portion takes from 2 to 4 minutes (irregularly shaped potatoes or vegetable occupy more space
and need more peeling time). However, do not let the machine operate more than 4 minutes. Progression of peeling
process may be observed through the transparent cover.
6 After peeling completion, switch off the device and disconnect the power cord from the socket. Unlock and remove the
cover. Carefully remove the potatoes.
7 Wash up the potatoes under running water. Clear possible eyes or unpeeled places by a handy knife.
8 Remove the plate, cover, and peeling disk and wash them up under running water. Then, they are ready for another
portion.
Cleaning
• Always disconnect the power cord plug from the socket at first!
• Dry the base with engine unit with a wet rug only –never dip them into the water!
• All other parts may be manually cleaned under running water or, possibly, with use of common cleaning compounds for
dishes. The peeling disk may be also cleaned by means of a small nonmetallic brush.
• If the processed vegetable contains a high content of pigment (carrot, for example), dyeing of plastic part may occur
– clean with table oil or kitchen soda.
