Important safety instruction:
· Before use, read this service instructions carefully and save it for further possible reference.
· This kitchen machine is intended for home use only. It must not be used for commercial or industrial purposes. In case
of violation of this rule, the customer loses a demand on free guarantee repair.
· Do not use your peeling machine for other than intended purposes, i.e. for peeling of potatoes, and root vegetables.
· Before the first use, check if the data on the production label answers to voltage of your power network. The power
consumer should be connected only on such the network whose installation answers to the Czech standards.
· If the power cord, plug, or other accessory part of this power consumer is damaged, do not use it. It must be recovered by
the producer or authorized service technician, or similarly qualified person to avoid occurrence of dangerous situation.
· Before every use, check the machine's peeling disk. If you detect any its damage, do not use the device and devolve it
for repair on an authorized service, or the shop in which you purchased the device.
· Use only the original accessories at the machine. Use of non-original or unauthorized accessories may cause the
machine damage and, concurrently, it is dangerous. It also means extinction of the guarantee right.
· Put the peeler on an equal, solid, and dry surface.
· Do not place your peeler next door to any heat source.
· Do not let the device in operation more than 4 minutes without interruption. If your peeling is not completed, let the
machine chill out approx. 5 minutes before further work continuation.
· Do not let the power consumer's power cord hang over of a table or desk edge, and avoid its contact with any hot sur-
face, for example with a cooker.
· Do not put either the machine, or power cord on a hot surface.
· Never dip either the driving base with the engine unit or power cord into the water or other liquid!!
· Before every use, check that the lid is correctly embedded and locked by the safety covers before the engine switch on.
Never open the covers if the engine is under operation, and rotating peeling disk is still moving.
Warning: If the fixing clampers, upper cover, or plate are not correctly embedded and locked, the peeler does not switch
on. The engine does not work even the switch is on.
· At breaking, firstly switch off the device by the switch, and only then you can disconnect it from the power network.
· Always before the device assembly, disassembly, or cleaning disconnect the power cord plug from the socket.
· Repairs of Professor's products should be carried out only by experts. Unqualified repairs may commit the user to high
danger.
· Before the peeler opening, check if the engine is fully idle.
· If the peeler does not operate properly, switch of it immediately.
· Do not use the device outdoors.
· Never leave the operating machine without view.
· Keep the machine out of children.
· Attention – the peeling disk is sharp; handle it carefully.
· The machine must not be operated by children and persons with limited ability of movement and orientation.
Warning for users
Before the first use, disassemble the peeler and plate, and wash up the peeling disk with cool water. Do not wash
up the driving unit! Never dip the driving engine unit into the water! Dry it with a wet clear rag only!
