    9. Preventive Maintenance ® 200 Preventive Maintenance Procedure. This document describes Iris Diagnostics’ Preventive Maintenance procedures ® for the iQ 200. There are two (2) classes of preventive maintenance: namely the Semi-Annual Preventive Maintenance and the Annual Certification. The Semi-Annual Preventive Maintenance should be performed six (6) months after the installation date or six (6) months after the last Annual Certification regardless of the number of samples the instrument has processed.
