The Alcatel-Lucent 3 port PoE Gigabit Adapter has single color LEDs to indicate the correct functionality of all the components and functions. The LEDs can be: OFF (if the monitored function or component is not active or connected), ON (if the monitored function is active or connected), BLINKING (if the monitored component is transmitting and receiving).

In most cases, the Alcatel-Lucent 3 Port PoE Gigabit Adapter works properly with the default configuration. If any default value needs to be changed, you can connect a PC to the Alcatel-Lucent PoE GA through the RS232 port and use the Command Line Interface (CLI) to change the configuration.
