    Chapter You can connect a PC to this port to configure the Alcatel-Lucent PoE GA using a Command Line Interface (CLI). 1.2.5 Power connector This is used to accept power from a 48 V DC local power adaptor. 1.2.6 Power adaptor This is used to supply 48 V DC from local wall power.

    In most cases, the Alcatel-Lucent 3 Port PoE Gigabit Adapter works properly with the default configuration. If any default value needs to be changed, you can connect a PC to the Alcatel-Lucent PoE GA through the RS232 port and use the Command Line Interface (CLI) to change the configuration.
