JAW ASSEMBLY JIG INSTRUCTIONS

SPRING
1 . Insert the jaw assembly jig into the jaw case .
2 . Place the jaws in the jaw case . The assembly jig keeps the jaws apart .
3 . Place the jaw housing into the jig and flip upside down .
4 . Once upside down make sure all 3 jaws poke out of the housing evenly before removing the jaw assembly jig .
5 . After removing the jig place the jaw pusher & spring into the housing keeping tension on the spring .
6 . Place assembled jaw case back into tool keeping tension on spring .
7 . Screw jaw case back on tool and tighten .
8 . Place nose cover back on tool and tighten . Test tool with rivets for proper operation .
