INSTALLATION WARNINGS:

BORETTI PURO may be used on almost all existing and new-installation cooker hood units, but the cooker hood must fulfil the following
points:
•
Hood chimney must be at least 200 mm wide and deep for PURO 400 and 250 mm for PURO 500/800/1000.
•
The hood chimney dimensions should also consider the height of the PURO filter (refer to the relevant technical specifications).
•
This means there must be a distance of 30 mm between the air outlet of the motor and the chimney inside walls, to integrate it
properly. In case one of the chimney walls is too close to the motor outlet, BORETTI PURO includes an Eccentric Mounting Adapter
for easy and quick installation.
•
Cooker hood must be suitable for recirculation (the duct/chimney must have sufficient openings through which the filtered air can be
returned back into the room).
•
We do not recommend these openings to be directed to the wall or ceiling. Keep them with a minimum distance of at least 20 cm
from the wall or ceiling.
•
The minimum distance(s) from the hob to the bottom of the cooker hood according to the instructions in the user's manual of your
cooker hood must be observed
•
If you have a cooker hood and use BORETTI PURO to transform it in a recirculation one, please ensure to close well the exhaust wall
hole which is not needed anymore.
•
A mains socket (210-250 V~50Hz only, no earth needed) within a suitable distance is needed.
•
You might find some black small round particles inside the packaging. These particles are part of our high performance carbon filter
which might be released during transport. These particles are not harmful and their presence doesn't affect BORETTI PURO
functionality. Do not swallow! Dispose them in a waste bin.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

•
Exclusively use the module with the supplied cable plug.
•
Open the packaging carefully and take out BORETTI PURO. Check the filter for any visible damage before fitting. Keep the box for
possible return until after the operational check. Then ensure environmentally friendly processing of the waste packaging material.
•
For the installation, please, follow the instructions described in the next page "Installation manual".
•
Please, ensure that the connection between BORETTI PURO and the motor outlet is tight enough. System can't work properly if there
are air leaks.
•
Ensure that, after installation of the module, the cable plug remains accessible for disconnection.
•
Note: If BORETTI PURO is not mounted according to these instructions, BORETTI PURO guarantee is invalidated.
