Thank you for your purchase of the BORETTI PURO-filter.
The BORETTI PURO is intended to remove airborne particles, pollen, micro-organisms (house dust mites, bacteria, viruses and molds),
cigarette smoke and smells from the air.
BORETTI PURO process is a physical and a chemical process, which change the molecules composition with an efficient and safe electrical
process. There are no added chemicals, no mechanical filtering. Our process just improves your air quality. Our plasma dissociates and
oxidizes germs and odors on a molecular level.
Final products comprise only oxygen, a small residual humidity and CO
BORETTI PURO is certified and is a very safe way to treat air.
Before installation and use of BORETTI PURO, always read carefully this manual through and retain it afterwards.
It is important that BORETTI PURO is professionally installed and used according to this manual.
WARNINGS:

Only use BORETTI PURO in combination with an extractor unit with grease filters (in connection with fire retarding properties).
•
Always ensure good ventilation so there is a sufficient supply of oxygen. For this, see your cooker hood's guidelines.
•
Never insert anything into the module – risk of electric shock.
•
Never handle the module or cable with wet hands.
•
Never use the module if any part is damaged.
•
Never block the air inlet or outlet.
•
This device can be used by 8-years-old children and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacity or lack of
experience and knowledge only if they are supervised or given instructions for safe use of the device and understand its dangers.
•
Children should not play with the device.
•
Maintenance and cleaning should not be done by children without supervision.
•
Please observe the warnings and installation instructions in the user's manual of your cooker hood.
•
BORETTI PURO has been developed for household applications only.
•
High flames or flambéing below an extractor unit is strongly advised against.
•
Overheated oil in a pan under the extractor unit is a fire hazard.
•
Harmful gases (carbon monoxide etc.) cannot be removed by BORETTI PURO.
BORETTI PURO is the only domestic plasma air treater
which produces NO OZONE at all.
