- Page 10 4. Repeat steps #1 - #3 to attach the Footboard (B) to the 2 Side Rails (C), as seen in the illustration below. 5. Attach the 3 Short Support Legs (F) to the Center Support Rail (D), by inserting the hanger bolts into the insert nut found at the Center Support Rail, as seen in the illustration below.

Attach the assembled Center Support Rail (D) to the Headboard and Footboard (A&B), by inserting the metal bracket at the two ends of the Center Support Rail (D) into the corresponding hook on the Headboard and Footboard (A&B). Slightly press down to secure. Note: Turn in/out the leveler found at the bottom of Support Legs if needed, so they can touch the floor and can support the Center Support Rail.

- Page 13 Assembly Instructions (High position): 13. The bed is assembled in the low position when shipped. If you wish to use it without a box spring, follow the instructions below: a. Move the adjustable mattress support rail found below the fix rail at the Side Rail (C) to the higher location, by removing the Allen Bolts and Washers that were pre-installed.
- Page 14 14. Move the brackets found at the Headboard (A) and Footboard (B) to the higher location, by first removing the screws (with a Philips Head Screwdriver) and then re-position the holes to the higher location, as seen in the illustration below. 15.
