Find handset
Use this feature to find all system handsets.
To start paging:
• Press /FIND HANDSET on the telephone base
once and then release when the telephone is
not in use. All idle handsets ring and
** Paging ** flashes on the screens.
To end paging:
• Press /FIND HANDSET on the telephone
base once and then release.
-OR-
• Press / or any of the dialing keys (0-9,

handset to stop the paging tone.
Do not press and hold /FIND HANDSET for more than four seconds. It may
lead to handset deregistration. If Not registered displays on the handset,
refer to Troubleshooting to register the handset to the telephone base.
Directory
The directory can store up to 30 entries.
Each handset directory is independent (for models CS6114-2/CS6114-2 A/
CS6114-21/CS6114-21A only). Any additions, deletions or edits made on
one handset are not reflected on the other handset.
To add a directory entry:
1. Press MENU/SELECT three times when the handset is not in use.
2. When the screen displays Enter number:
• Use the dialing keys to enter the number (up to 30 digits).
-OR-
• Copy a number from the redial list by pressing REDIAL/
then press CID, or REDIAL/
number. Press /SELECT to copy the number.

3. Press /SELECT to move to the name.

4. When the screen displays Enter name, u se the dialing keys to enter
the name (up to 15 characters). Additional key presses show other
characters of that particular key.
5. Press /SELECT to store the entry.

While entering names and numbers, you can:
• Press /DELETE to backspace and erase a digit or character.
MUTE
• Press and hold /DELETE to erase the entire entry.
MUTE
• Press CID or to move the cursor to the left or right.
• Press and hold /PAUSE to insert a dialing pause.
REDIAL
• Press 0 to add a space.
To review and dial from the directory:
Entries are sorted alphabetically.
1. Press when the handset is not in use.
2. Scroll to browse through the directory, or use the dialing keys to start a
name search.

Caller ID
This product supports caller ID services provided by most telephone
service providers. Depending on your service subscription, you may see
the caller's name, number, date and time of calls that are sent by your
telephone service provider after the first or second ring.
