Control mode selection
(1) LOCAL mode
• The LOCAL mode is selected by pushing the LOCAL select switch on the operation
panel while simultaneously pushing the "CONTROL" switch. (In response, the
"LOCAL" LED lights.)
(2) REMOTE mode
• The REMOTE mode is selected by pushing the REMOTE select switch on the
operation panel while simultaneously pushing the "CONTROL" switch. (In
response, the "REMOTE" LED lights.)
(3) MAINTENANCE mode (Only use for maintenance)
• The MAINTENANCE mode is selected by pushing more than 3 seconds the
"CONTROL" and "LOCAL". (See Fig. 4-5)
(In response, the "LOCAL" and "REMOTE" LED blinks.)
Note : The MAINTENANCE mode allows the same operation as in the LOCAL
mode except that the automatic change-over control of the exciters cannot be
effected.
