Filling of Chinese Dumpling
Ingredients:
10.6 oz. (300 g) meat
3.5 oz. (100 g) peeled shrimp
3.5 oz. (100 g) leeks
1.8 oz. (50 g) mushrooms
0.5 oz. (15 g) garlic grain
Directions:
1. Wash the ingredients; place them in a colander around 10 minutes
to dry water.
2. Cut leeks into pieces around 0.4 inches (1 cm) long and put them
into the bowl. Peel off the meat skin, cut meat into 0.4-inch (1-cm)
cubes, and put them into the bowl. Cut mushrooms into 0.4-inch
(1-cm) cubes and put them into the bowl. Put peeled shrimp and
garlic grain into bowl.
3. Add vegetable oil, salt or soy sauce as needed.
4. Put the bowl onto the base, lock the lid, put food pushers into the
food chute, and plug in. Press the MIX button. Mix 45 seconds or
until smooth.
Serves: 4 to 6
NOTES:
• Leeks (or other vegetables) must be placed at the bottom of the bowl;
otherwise they may be not chopped.
• Some leeks may stick on the wall of the bowl. This is normal as
leeks (or vegetables) can separate during chopping. You can use
chopsticks to scrape food down and add them to the rest of the
food. Then chop again for around 10 seconds.
