ENGINE MAINTENANCE

DAILY MAINTENANCE

Maintenance
Clean away dust and debris from engine
Check fuel leakage from fuel system. If any, re-tighten fasteners
or replace necessary parts
Inspect for loose hardware and re-tighten if necessary
Check oil level and add to full mark

INITIAL 20 HOURS MAINTENANCE

Maintenance
Change Crankcase Oil

INITAL 50 HOURS MAINTENANCE

Maintenance
Change crankcase oil.
Check and clean spark plug
Chain Tension Inspection

EVERY 100-200 HOURS MAINTENANCE

Maintenance
Clean fuel filter inside fuel tank
Inspect cooling system and remove dirt and debris
Inspect exhaust system for cracks or leaks

EVERY 500-600 HOURS MAINTENANCE

Maintenance
Remove carbon from cylinder head
Replace fuel lines

EVERY 1000 HOURS MAINTENANCE

Maintenance
Overhaul engine
Replace fuel lines

Remarks
Governor linkage is especially sensitive to dust
Loose bolts and nuts may come off and result in breakage of
other parts
