After-sales Service

If there is something wrong the product, please operate according to the
troubleshooting section. If the problems cannot be solved, please contact
our after-sales service via email: support@iclever.com and provide the
following information: product model, purchase date, phone number,
address, detailed product fault description. For better solving the problems,
please answer the questions from our after-sales service engineer in detail.
If the problems remain resolved, contact your dealer.
Note:
● The warranty period is 18 months from the date of delivery
● During the warranty period, our company will provide free repair and
replacement parts for the defective products and the damage caused by
non-human factors. The parts belong to our company.
● Damage of surface coating or outlook is not covered by the warranty.
● The outer package and accessories are not covered by the warranty.
If the following conditions occur, you will lose the qualification of warranty
or replacement.
● Disassemble the product without permission.
● The malfunction is caused by unauthorized maintenance.
● Man-made damage includes immersion, breakage, damage to the outer
casing caused by improper use, etc.
