  • Page 5 Capitolul.3 STRUCTURA Partea superioară este alcătuită din motor, mânere, aparatoarea curelei i structura de siguran ă. Baza, pe care este asezat motorul, este prinsă pe placa vibratoare printampoane de cauciuc care absoarb ocurile. Partea inferioară este alcătuită din placa vibratoare i unitatea vibratorului care are un ax rotativ excentric încorporat.

Assicurarvi che tutti gli operatori leggono, intendono e rispettano le istruzioni di operazione. Dall’uso inadeguato o senza cura dell’impianto possono risultare gravi danni. Le piastre sono impianti pesanti, che devono essere trasferiti da due persone con forza adeguata.

Indossare cuffie adeguate per limitare l’esposizione al rumore, secondo le norme di salute e sicurezza nel lavoro. Verificare gli accessori anti-vibrazioni in gomma per non essere rovinate o usate. Pulire la parte inferiore della piastra in modo regolato per prevenire l’accumulazione di materia.   • Page 52 1. fejezet BEVEZETÉS Köszönjük, hogy társaságunk által gyártott berendezést választotta. Rengeteg figyelmet fordítottunk a berendezés tervezésére, gyártására és tesztelésére. Amennyiben szervizelésre vagy alkatrészcserére kerül sor, kirendeltségeink rendelkezésükre állnak gyors és hatékony segítséget nyújtva. Gyárunk fő célja, hogy olyan berendezéseket adjon a felhasználók kezébe, amelyekkel hatékonyan, mégis biztonságosan dolgozhatnak.
  • Page 53 3. fejezet SZERKEZET A berendezés felső részén található a motor, a karok, a gépszíjak védőszekrénye és a biztonsági szerkezet. Az alap, amelyre a motor van elhelyezve, rezgéscsillapító gumi ütközőkkel csatlakozik a lapvibrátorhoz. A külső részen található a lapvibrátor és a vibráló egység, amelyben egy beépített körhagyós forgótengely található.

  • Page 55 7. fejezet VESZÉLYEK ÉS KOCKÁZATI TÉNYEZŐK Ne engedje, hogy mások is használják a berendezést, ha őket a berendezéssel való munkára nem képezték ki megfelelően. Bizonyosodjon meg róla, hogy minden gépkezelő elolvassa, megérti és tiszteletben tartja a működtetési előírásokat. A berendezés nem megfelelő vagy hanyag kezelése során komoly sérülések keletkezhetnek.

  • Page 60 Szállítás 5.1. Kapcsolja ki a motort a szállítás teljes idejére. 5.2. Csavarja be az üzemanyag-tartály dugóját és zárja el az üzemanyag csapot, hogy elkerülhesse a szivárgást. 5.3. Közúton történő szállítás során rögzítse megfelelően a berendezést, hogy az ne eshessen le a járműről. Amennyiben hosszú vagy göröngyös úton szállítja a berendezést, ügyeljen rá, hogy az üzemanyag-tartálya üres legyen.

    ENSURE that repairs to the motor and machine are carried out by specialists. FIRE & EXPLOSION HAZARDS PETROL is extremely flammable and explosive under certain conditions. ENSURE that petrol is only stored in an approved storage container. - 6 - DO NOT refuel the motor while it is in operation or hot.

    7.1 PRIOR TO OPERATION 1-1. Make sure that all dirt, nut, etc., are thoroughly removed from the unit prior to operation. Special effort should be given to the button face of the vibrating plate and those areas adjacent to the cooling air inlet of engine, carburetor, and air cleaner.

    7.3 STARTING Gasoline Engine 3-1. Turn the STOP SWITCH clock-wise to the position “I”(ON) (Fig-3) 3-2.Open the fuel cock. (Fig-4) 3-3. Set the speed control lever 1/3 to 1/2 of the way towards the high speed position. (Fig-5) 3-4. Close the choke lever. If the engine is warm or the ambient temperature is high, open the choke lever half-way, or keep it fully open.

    7.4 OPERATION 4-1. As the engine warms up, gradually move the choke lever to the OPEN position. (Fig-8) 4-2. Move the speed control lever from the LOW to the HIGH position. When the engine speed reaches approximately 2,300-2,600 PRM, the centrifugal clutch engages.

    7.6 SHUTDOWN To stop the engine in an emergency, turn the stop switch to the OFF position. Under normal conditions, use the following procedure: 6-1. Set the speed control lever at the low speed position and allow the engine to run at low speed for 2 or 3 minutes before stopping.( Fig-11) 6-2.Tum the stop switch to the OFF position.(Fig-12) 6-3.Close the fuel cock.

    8. CARE & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Check the oil level in the motor crankcase daily. Check the vibrator oil level weekly. Inspect the rubber anti vibration mounts for wear or deterioration. Clean the underside of the plate regularly to prevent a build up of material. 9.
