Housing Cover

To remove the housing from the cabinet:
1. Remove the 4 screws that hold the cover to the rear of the cabinet.
2. Open the door and remove the 4 screws that hold the cover to the front of the cabinet.
Note: If possible position the shredder so that there is a work surface on the right side of the shredder
to be used to support the housing cover.
3. Grip the housing cover on both sides and gently pull up to lift the housing cover off the
base.
Note: Be careful. Do not put stress on the cable that is connected to the Control Panel PC board on the
housing cover.
4. Disconnect the cables from the PC board in the housing cover. (See wiring diagrams.) Set
the cover on a suitable work surface.
