To set up the Sharp VC-A592U for TV:

1. Connect the Antenna/Cable – Use the included 75-ohm coaxial cable to connect the VCR’s ANT IN jack to your TV antenna or cable source.
2. Connect to TV – Use another coaxial cable to connect the VCR’s OUT TO TV jack to your TV’s antenna input.
3. Power On – Plug in the VCR and turn it on.
4. TV Channel Setup – Set your TV to the correct channel (usually 3 or 4) or use AV input if connected via RCA cables.
5. Remote Control Setup – Insert the included batteries into the remote.
