Though the product is not out of order, it may not work properly due to inexperienced use of
the product or other insignifi cant reasons. If a minor problem occurs, it usually can be solved
quite easily when the cause is found by using the check list below without being assisted by
the service center. If your problem continues to resist after checking the lists, please contact
your local service center.

• Check if the product is
connected to 220-230V~.
• Check whether coltage in wall
receptacle is live.
• Check if the power plus is
fi rmly plugged in.
• Check whether the water
tank is fi lled.
• Check whether the water
tank, cleaning pad or the
nozzle is well assembled.
• Check if you are continuously
pressing the turbo button
while using the product.
• Check whether the water
tank is fi lled.
• Check whether you have
attached dry cleaning pad.
• Clean the nozzles with the
cleaning pin.

• Firmly plug oin the
power plug.
• Refi ll proper amount
of water
• Please reassemble
them properly.
• Do not continuously
use the turbo spray
mode for long time
and use it only for
removing piled up dirt
or stain that is hard to
remove with regular
steam.
• Do not pour too much
water in a water tank.
• Replace with dry
cleaning pad.
• Please contact A/S
center if too much
water continues to
remain on the fl oor
after cleaning the
nozzles with the
cleaning pin.
