Re-linking the receiver/transmitter and outdoor sensor

CONNECTED XXXX
Once the two are linked, the LED on the sensor will flash quickly for
10 seconds and the AquaSmart's screen will read "CONNECTED:
XXXX", where XXXX is the Network I.D. of the sensor.
