    Introduction About this Product In the Rosensteiner “RS-Q STATIONARY” hoof care crush, you have purchased a tool with forward-looking technology for the care of animal hooves. The hoof care crush is for periodic, correct and efficient hoof care, in a position that is ergonomic, functional and non-tiring for the carer.

    Operating and Servicing Instructions Intended Use The RS-Q STATIONARY hoof care crush is intended exclusively for the care of animal hooves. The hoof care crush is suitable for cattle from 300 kg to maximum of 1,100 kg. Any action that differs from the “intended use” is considered misuse and is thus prohibited.

    To move the hoof care crush with the tractor, the balls of the lower link are first fitted to the lower link bolts of the RS-Q STATIONARY. Then move the tractor backwards to the appliance taking care that nobody is in the hazard area, especially between the tractor and the hoof care crush, raise the lower link until the balls on the lower limb engage.

    The ground must be suitable for fixing and be able to support an axial load of at least 20kN. With appropriate permanent fixing to the ground, the RS-Q Stationary is a stationary appliance.
