Trouble shooting
1. If Elsa (that is the one mount on the large base) is not moving, check the battery level and
ensure that the batteries are inserted in the correct position. Check that the switch is turned on.
2. If Elsa is not properly attached to the grid mechanism inside of the main board, use the
any other position card) to reset the grid mechanism and place Elsa back into the starting position. Elsa
will be attracted to the main board.
3. If the device beeps twice after you scan a code card, this indicates that the card was not scanned
successfully. If this occurs, try scanning the card again.
4. If Elsa does not move according to the codes stored, check that the
edges of the code card are properly aligned with the scanner, otherwise
any light that passes through the gap may affect the scanning process
and cause Elsa to move in a random manner.
5. Replace the batteries when the small LED starts to flash.
6. If you make an error when entering code cards, scan the
CLEAR card to remove all stored codes and start again. You can also
turn the main board off and on again to clear the codes and reset the
grid mechanism.
7. If left idle for 10 minutes or more, the main board will enter sleep
mode. You can wake it up by pressing the scan button or switching it
off and on again.
