    GPRS is a type of network connection that provides “always on” mobility. The connection set up is fast. After you are connected, applications can send and receive data whenever required. In today’s GPRS networks, the EM400 receives data at speeds up to 53.6 kb/s and transmits at speeds up to 26.8 kb/s.

    Do not cover the EM400 when in use, as this affects call quality. Radio Frequency (RF) exposure and SAR Your EM400 is a low-power radio transmitter and receiver (transceiver). When it is turned on, it emits low levels of radio frequency energy (also known as radio waves or radio frequency fields).
