Inserting the door and the glass panel
When the cleaning procedure is completed,
insert the glass panel and the oven door. To
do so, follow the steps in reverse.
The inner glass panel must be assembled
keeping the decorative frame (screen-print-
ing) turned towards outside of the oven. To
double check you did the above operation in
a proper way simply pass your fingers on the
inner glass surface. If the panel of glass is as-
sembled correctly you should not feel any
roughness.
Insert the internal panel of glass into the right
seats as shown below.

Cleaning the water tank
Warning! Do not pour water into the
water tank during the cleaning cycle.
During cleaning cycle some water can
drop from steam inlet in the oven's cavi-
ty. We recommend to insert dripping pan on
the shelf level just below the steam inlet in or-
der to avoid water fall directly on oven cavity
bottom.
It is normal that lime deposits can form in
your oven after some time.
To prevent this, clean the parts of the oven
that generate the steam. Empty the tank after
each steam cooking.
1. Fill in the water tank with 0,5 l of water
and 50-60 grams of citric acid (five tea-
spoons). Switch off the oven and wait for
approximately 60 minutes.
2. Switch on the oven and set the steam
function. Set the temperature between
130 and 230 °C. Switch it off after 20-25
minutes and cool down for 5- 10 minutes.
3. Switch on the oven and set the steam
function. Set the temperature between
130 and 230 °C. Switch it off after 10 mi-
nutes. Let it cool down and proceed with
the removal of the tank contents following
the procedure described earlier.
4. Rinse the water tank few times and clean
the remaining lime reside from the inside
the oven with a cloth.
Types of water
• Soft water with low lime content - recom-
mended, it decreases the cleaning cycles
• Tap water - you can use it if your domestic
water supply has purifier or water sweet-
ener
• Hard water with high lime content - it
does not have any influence on the appli-
ance performance but it increases the
cleaning cycles
