ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS ATTACHING A SECOND SCAFFOLD WARNING! Before assembling the second stage, the lower stage must be fully assembled even if it is not being used. The lower stage provides needed structural support for the upper stage. The caster wheels must be locked to ensure that the lower stage will not move.
