Safety warning
Although your twin window fan is easy to operate, for your safety, the warnings
below must be followed:
1. Do not place the fan near a heat source.
2. Never leave the fan unattended while connected to the electrical outlet.
3. Use the fan on a stable flat surface away from water.
4. Do not unplug from the wall outlet by pulling on the supply cord.
5. The fan must be unplugged:
A. After each use.
B. If it appears to be faulty.
C. Before cleaning or maintenance.
THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
NOTE: This fan is designed and recommended for use with a screen in the window.
WARNING: BE SURE THE FAN IS SECURELY INSTALLED IN YOUR WINDOW AT ALL TIMES.
DO NOT LEAN OR PUSH ON THE FAN WHILE IT IS IN THE WINDOW.
To replace the fuse:
1. Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. CAUTION:
Do not unplug by pulling on the power cord.
2. Open the fuse compartment cover on top of the plug by sliding it towards the
plug prongs. (Fig. 1)
3. Using a small, flat blade screwdriver, carefully remove the fuse by prying it up
from the end closest to the cord. (Fig. 2)
4. Risk of fire can result by using the wrong fuse rating. Replace fuse only with
2.5 Amp, 125 Volt rating. (not included)
5. Close the fuse compartment cover by sliding it away from the plug prongs.
(Fig. 3)
6. WARNING: Risk of fire. Do not replace the plug as it contains a safety device
(fuse) that should not be removed. Contact customer service if the plug is
damaged.
