Operating instructions

Warning
It is prohibited to use this machine to do the
other work.
Warning
You must use the original parts of the
manufacture
You should keep your hand far away from
the point to be crushed.
When the accident appears, you should stop the
running of the machine at once.
1. Plug out the power plug.
2. Switch the air supply
4.1

Check before operation

1. Each time before operate the machine, move
back and forward the blade cylinder, observe
the condition of lubricator and guarantee the oil
contained supply oil to air syste, make sure the oil
contained work normally which make sure each part
of the air route system under perfect lubrication.
2. Check pressure cann't below 8BAR which shown on
reducing valve of the air treatment assembly

Please remove the attached weights and deflate tire
before any operation.
!
Not using the grease will seriously damage the tire.
Please use the special grease Check whether the
tire has been deflated completely. If not, you should
deflate at first.
4.2

Assist fixed tire

1. Make the clamp jaw open and bigger than steel rim.
2. Put the tire on the turntable and install centring
cone 14.
3. Press stell rim and make clamp jaw higher than
lower steel rim edge.

4. Shrink clamp jaw the tire fixed on the turnable.
4.3

Assist fixed duck head

1. Press tire edge beside duck head by press roller 1,
assist operator to fixed duck head
