setting up your Insulated Electric Kettle

Clean your Insulated Electric Kettle thoroughly before using. Always unplug the appliance
prior to cleaning or storing.
The Insulated Electric Kettle and its Power Base are NOT dishwasher safe.
WARNING:
BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove all packaging and stickers before using your Insulated Electric Kettle.
Using a dish brush, wash the inside of the Kettle with warm, soapy water and then rinse thoroughly.
To sterilize the Kettle, fill with water to the MAX line and place on the Base. Press the Boil/Cancel Button
and wait until the water is boiling. Once water is boiling, discard water and allow the Kettle to cool.
ATTENTION: Do NOT use abrasive scrubbers, sponges, or chemical cleaners on the interior or exterior
of the Kettle as they will damage the finish.
The bottom of the Insulated Electric Kettle functions as a wrap for cord storage. Unwind the cord for
greater flexibility.
Switching between °C and °F
To switch between °C and °F, simply hold down both the Temp (+) and Temp (-) Buttons simultaneously
until you see the symbol change on the Digital Display.

PREPARING THE KETTLE
To add water to the Insulated Electric Kettle, pinch the Lid Release Buttons on the Lid and lift

A). Fill with water to MAX line

B). Do not overfill. Replace the Lid to close.
Place the Kettle on the Power Base and plug the Power Base in.
WARNING:
Do not add liquid other than water to the Insulated Electric Kettle as this may
damage the interior.
