NOTICE
To prevent product damage, do not dry clean, wring out, tumble dry, or iron the product.
To machine wash, close the hook-and-loop fastener of the heat wrap and place it in a pillow case. Set the
washing machine to the delicate or wool cycle and the warm water setting. Always wash the heat wrap
together with other items. Use a mild laundry detergent according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Frequent washing of the heat wrap is not recommended and should only be machine washed a maximum of
10 times during its life. Let the heat wrap dry flat on a drying rack. To prevent product damage, do not use
pegs or similar items to attach the heat wrap to the drying rack.
NOTICE
Reconnect the heat wrap to the Battery Pack only after the heat wrap and the connector plug are
completely dry.
Storage:
If you do not plan to use the heat wrap for a long period of time, store it in the original packaging in a cool,
dry place. The Battery Pack should be charged at least once per year to maintain its capacity.
Storage conditions:
NOTICE
Allow the heat wrap to cool down before storing. To avoid making sharp bends in the heat wrap,
do not place any objects on top of it while storing.

Problem
None of the Temperature Set-
tings LEDs light up when the
Battery Pack is connected to the
heat wrap and the Power/Control
Button is pressed.
The Temperature Settings LEDs
do not light up when:
the fully charged Battery Pack is
connected to the heat wrap and
the Power/Control Button has
been pressed.

Changes or modifications to the product not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the user's
authority to operate the equipment.

harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio fre-
quency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interfer-
ence to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be
determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by
one or more of the following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Cause
The Battery Pack has been
depleted.
The Safety Shutoff Sensor
was triggered because of
overheating.
The heat wrap or the Battery
Pack is faulty.
Solution
Charge the Battery Pack.
Allow the heat wrap to cool down to
room temperature and switch on again.
Send the heat wrap and the Battery Pack
to Customer Service.
