with no adverse effect on the battery pack.
5. Foreign materials of a conductive nature such as, but
not limited to, grinding dust, metal chips, steel wool,
aluminum foil, or any buildup of metallic particles
should be kept away from charger cavities. Always
unplug the charger from the power supply when there
is no battery pack in the cavity. Unplug the charger
before attempting to clean.
6. Do not freeze or immerse the charger in water or any
other liquid.

Storage Recommendations

1. The best storage place is one that is cool and dry, away
from direct sunlight and excess heat or cold.
2. For long storage, it is recommended to store a fully
charged battery pack in a cool dry place out of the
charger for optimal results.
NoTE: Battery packs should not be stored completely
depleted of charge. The battery pack will need to be
recharged before use.

Be sure your power supply agrees with the nameplate
marking. Voltage decrease of more than 10% will cause

INTENDED USE

Your die grinder has been designed for professional
grinding applications. The tool can be used with the
complete range of commerical grinding accessories with
a maximum diameter of 1.5" (40 mm) and approved
minimum speed of 25000/min.
Do NoT use under wet conditions or in presence of
flammable liquids or gases.
This heavy-duty die grinder is a professional power tool.
Do NoT let children come into contact with the tool.
Supervision is required when inexperienced operators use
this tool.
Variable Speed Rocker Switch (Fig. A)

WARNING: Grasp tool firmly with both hands to
maintain control of the tool at start up and during use
and until the wheel or accessory stops rotating. Make
sure the wheel has come to a complete stop be fore
laying the tool down.

WARNING: To reduce unexpected tool movement,
do not switch the tool on or off while under load
conditions. Allow the grinder to run up to full speed
Depressing the variable speed rocker switch

the tool off. The variable speed rocker switch permits speed
control—the farther the switch is depressed, the higher the
speed of the grinder.
Lock-Off Button (Fig. A)
The lock-off button

Three-Speed Gearing (Fig. A)
The three-speed feature of your tool allows you to shift
gears for greater versatility. To select lowest speed setting,

NoTE: Do not change gears when the tool is running.
Always allow the grinder to come to a complete stop before
changing gears. If you have trouble changing gears, make
sure that the gear shifter is engaged in one of the three
speed settings.
If the speed shifter becomes stuck or is difficult to select
the desired gear, depress the rocker switch 
motor. Then select the gear.
LED Worklight (Fig. A)

The worklight 
when the rocker switch is depressed. When the switch
is released, the worklight will stay illuminated for up to
20 seconds.
NoTE: The worklight is for lighting the immediate work
surface and are not intended to be used as a flashlight.
