Audio
Adjusting the Volume
The computer comes with 16-bit high-fidelity PCI stereo audio.
Besides the built-in speaker (1) located on the palm rest and the
internal microphone (2) at the lower edge of the display, there
are audio ports on the left front end of the computer. See "Audio
Devices" on page 51 for more information on connecting
external audio devices.
To adjust the volume, click on the volume (speaker) icon on the
Windows taskbar, then drag the slider to the desired volume
level. You can also hold Fn and press the F5 and F6 keys to
decrease and increase the volume respectively.
