Safety regulations
All installation, maintenance and repair tasks must be carried out by qualified
technicians.

1. Becoming familiar with the equipment and carefully reading the user manual prior to
operating.
2. Disconnecting power prior to beginning any repair or maintenance action.
3. Exercising care in accordance with the procedures included herein.
General maintenance
Preventive Maintenance - Cleaning
depending on the dryer's operating cycles.
Inspect the units
annually or quarterly,
Clean the active parts of the unit, such as: the motor, the heating element, the fan and
the electronic circuit board with a soft brush.
Maintain the air inlet and outlet free of dust and other obstructions; use a soft flat ended
brush.

- Page 2 Removal of the casing Removal of the casing Using a Machflow security screwdriver, release the two screws located at the lower part of the casing. Carefully remove the casing, trying not to damage the LED viewing screen.
- Page 3 As preventive maintenance, we recommend using a soft brush to remove dust and dirt on an annual or bi-annual basis, depending on the dryer’s operating cycles. Replacement of the motor Using a Machflow security screwdriver, release the two screws located at the lower part of the casing.
- Page 4 Carefully remove the casing, trying not to damage the LED viewing screen. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the four screws in the upper nozzle.
- Page 5 Remove the upper nozzle. (If the nozzle is difficult to remove, use a flathead screwdriver to help extract it, taking care not to damage the plastic parts). Once the motor is visible, remove the two terminals from the motor.
- Page 6 Remove the motor and replace it. To fit the new motor, follow the steps above in reverse order.

It is also recommended to clean the LEDs regularly using a cloth dampened with alcohol to ensure the signal is emitted and received properly. Replacement of the electronic circuit board Using a Machflow security screwdriver, release the two screws located at the lower part of the casing. - Page 8 Carefully remove the casing, trying not to damage the LED viewing screen Unscrew the power supply cables from the electronic circuit board.
- Page 9 Remove the ties that secure the cables to the base with the help of cutting pliers. With a flat screwdriver, remove the Nylon screw that fixes the electronic circuit board to the base.
