How do I adjust the volume on the collar?
Dogs have sensitive ears, so SpotOn system's audible tones are set at the safest level for
your pooch and cannot be adjusted. This means that humans may sometimes have a hard
time hearing the tones, but don't worry, your pup can hear them!
