You can identify the medium and large SpotOn GPS Fence collars by their sizes. The medium collar fits neck sizes between 12-18 inches, while the large collar fits neck sizes between 19-26 inches. If the dog's neck size falls between sizes, it is recommended to size down.

To set up an inactive zone (Keep-out zone) on the SpotOn GPS Fence, follow these steps:

1. Open the SpotOn app and select the fence you want to modify.
2. Tap "Edit Fences" and then "Zones."
3. The app will create a copy of the fence.
4. Expand the fence boundaries if needed to allow space for keep-out zones.
5. Adjust or remove unnecessary fence posts.
6. Drag and position the posts to define the keep-out zone.

This feature allows you to create restricted areas within the fenced boundary where your dog cannot enter.
