Connect this product only to a grounding type receptacle protected by a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) or residual current device (RCD). Contact a qualified electrician if you cannot verify that the receptacle is protected by a GFCI/RCD. - Page 15 “BACKWASH” under “initial startup and operation” section. Vacuuming device (i.e. Intex auto pool cleaner) attached to the system may also cause the flow to diminish and the pressure to rise.
