BT Broadband Voice – Quick Start Guide
Getting started
1. Auto activation
On the day of activation, the hub will auto-activate and the
'Phone 1' light on the front of the hub will glow green.
The 'Phone 2' light will also glow green if a second Broadband
Voice line has been ordered.
3. Plug in a spare telephone
Plug a spare telephone into the hub telephone adapter.
When you lift up the handset to make a call you will hear a
'slightly higher pitched' Broadband Voice dial tone.
You can only use an analogue phone with Broadband Voice
if you have the BT Business Hub 2701. If you want to use the
Hub 3 with Broadband Voice, you will need to buy or rent the
BT Falcon IP Phone.
