To do this, follow the ‘STORE’ instructions below. Note You can store a phone number under each of these buttons and dial the number by pressing just the one button.

BIG Button +_Issue 2_Edition 1_1.10.03 To use the Amplify button Press the Amplify button to turn amplification on. Amplify – and + allow you to decrease or increase the level of amplification. The setting last used on Amplify will restore each time you turn amplify on.

BIG Button +_Issue 2_Edition 1_1.10.03 To access your voice mail Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone. Press the 1571 button. You will hear the phone dialling out and after a few seconds you will be connected automatically to your voice mail service.

The message waiting indicator is activated by an interrupted dial tone which you can hear when you pick up your phone. BT Calling Features, such as Call Diversion and Call Barring also use interrupted dial tone so therefore will cause the message waiting indicator to flash even if no messages have been left.
Subject to the terms listed below the guarantee will provide for the repair of, or at BT’s or its agent’s discretion the option to replace the BIG Button +, or any component thereof, which is identified as faulty or below standard, or as a result of inferior workmanship or materials.

We recommend that you contact BT’s approved repair agent, TecLogic on 01672 564444 or a local qualified repairer. If you have to return your BIG Button + Pack the unit securely, preferably in the original packaging.
BIG Button +_Issue 2_Edition 1_1.10.03 Technical information How many telephones can you have? All items of telephone equipment have a Ringer Equivalence Number (REN), which is used to calculate the number of items which may be connected to any one telephone line.
