DESCRIPTION
The hand pump, model 21650 is manufactured in steel and
aluminium that has been coated to resist oxidation. The
pump is of piston type with three different ratios where the
inner one is for media with higher viscosity, like grease
with NLGI 0 and lower viscosity.
We are under no condition responsible for damages and
accidents, that can be refereed to wrongly chosen hose
neither incorrect mounting or use or misuse.

CONNECTION.
Always hold the foot valve back with a spanner (40mm) to
prevent damages on the pump when connecting the
suction tube. Use a Rubber-steel washer at the pump
outlet and liquid sealant between suction tube / brass
adapter / foot valve.
IMPORTANT ! Control that all fittings after the pump is
tighten. The pump can produce high pressure and leakage
can cause personal injuries.
USE AND MAINTENANCE
The pump is intended for pumping media from barrels and
cans. It pumps when the handle is moved up and down. I
When the pump is used for pumping media with higher
viscosity, e.g. grease, it is recommended that you use the
higher lever ratio. This is achieved by moving the linkage
to the inner hole of the handle.
It is also recommended that you wait 3-5 sec in the down
position of the handle to enable the pump to be properly
filled.
An optional check valve in the outlet can enhance
performance when pumping high viscous media.
The pump is to bee used in a temperature range of ±0° to
+ 70° C.
If the performance is reduced it is possible due to some
dirt in either the foot valve or the pump piston that then has
to be cleaned.
If the pump has been used for a long time it could be time
for renovation. For spares, see last section.
IMPORTANT ! Make sure that all connections are tighten
enough when the pump can create high pressure and
leakage in couplings and connections may cause damage
and personal injuries.

Handpump modell 21650 är tillverkad i stål och aluminium
som ytbehandlats för att motstå oxidering. Pumpen är en
kolvpump med möjlighet till tre olika utväxlingar där den
innersta är avsedd för trögare pumpmedier, typ fett med
NLGI 0 eller tunnare.

ANSLUTNING
Håll fast bottenventilen med en fast nyckel (40mm) för att
undvika skador på pumpen då sugröret monteras. Använd
gummistålbricka vid pumpens utlopp och flytande tätmedel
mellan sugrör / mässingsadapter / bottenventil.
VIKTIGT ! Se till att alla kopplingar efter pumpen är dragna
då pumpen kan leverera högt tryck och läckage i
kopplingar kan förorsaka personskador.
ANVÄNDNING OCH UNDERHÅLL
Pumpen är avsedd för att pumpa medier från fat och
dunkar. Den pumpar genom att handtaget förs upp och
ner.
När man pumpar medier av typ fett bör man använda sig
av den större utväxlingen. Detta görs genom att länkarmen
flyttas till det inre hålet.
För att förbättra fyllnadsgraden gör man ett uppehåll på c:a
3-5 sek vid handtagets nedre vändläge.
Monteras en backventil i utloppet kan pumpegenskaperna
för trögflytande medier förbättras.
Pumpen är avsedd för temperaturer från ±0° till +70 °C.
Om pumpfunktionen kraftigt försämras kan det ha fastnat
skräp antingen i fotventilen eller i pumpkolven som då
måste rengöras.
Har pumpen använts under lång tid kan det vara dags för
renovering. För reservdelar, se sista sektionen.
