PROCEDURE
Check all hardware for tightness
Check hydraulic oil level
Check all belts for proper alignment
Change engine oil
Check hydraulic hoses for leaks
*Clean mower
Check condition of blades
Check tire pressure
Check safety interlock system
Check battery, clean battery posts
and cables
Inspect pump drive belt. Replace
every 400 hours or 2 years, whichever
occurs first.
Check belts for proper alignment
Change engine oil - Perform after
every 50 hours of operation
Check condition of fuel lines
Grease cutter deck bellcranks and
pusharms
Change engine oil and filter - Perform
after every 100 hours of operation
Drain hydraulic system, replace
hydraulic oil and filters
*Clean air cleaner element
Change engine oil - Perform after
every 50 hours of operation
Check all hardware for tightness
Change engine oil and filter - Perform
after every 100 hours of operation
Check hydraulic oil level
Drain hydraulic system, replace
hydraulic oil and filters
Replace pump drive belt
