    Model MX2500 is for use on a nominal 120 volt circuit and has a FIG. A grounding plug that looks like the Grounding Method MX2500 plug in Fig.

    MX2500 & MX2570 GENERAL INFORMATION Do not store objects on top of the power unit. This will prevent easy access to the filter bag. This central vacuum is designed to vacuum ordinary household dirt and dust. The system is designed for dry pickup.

    BAG REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT Follow These Steps (refer to figures 1-4) Make sure the power unit is OFF. Remove the top cover from power unit by lifting it up. (Fig.1) Remove the used filter bag by holding the cardboard header and sliding it off of the plastic bag adapter.

    MX2500 & MX2570 TROUBLESHOOTING THE SYSTEM Motor Fails to Turn on: • Check the main fuse or circuit breaker at the main power supply panel of your home. Reset breaker or replace fuses if necessary. • Check the Power Unit reset button located above the power cord.
