Leak test

7.1

Preparing the leak test

Leak values only apply for the test before commissioning! ("0 km test")

Remove the indicators.

Seal the outputs with the provided blanking plugs.
Three test runs must be performed where the valve control always changes. Follow this order to
ensure concrete results.
1. Valve in home position:
Switch all switches for pilot "14" at once then switch them back off (center).
2. Side 14 activated:
Switch all switches for pilot "14": lever up.
3. Side 12 activated:
Switch all switches for pilot "12": lever down.
The M8 stocks for single wiring are active in the switch setting "Coil 12" for the corresponding
switch.

For each switch setting, perform the pressure drop test (1-3) described below.
7.2

Test procedure

1. Wait 2 to 3 seconds until the pressure is stable.
Then, the digital display on the pressure switch indicates 6.3 bar and the display color is green.
If necessary, adjust the pressure to 6.3 bar on the pressure regulator (fig. 1, 6).
2. First, close the small ball valve (2) followed by the large ball valve (1).

3. Wait 30 seconds.
After this time, the display must still be green.
This means the pressure has dropped by less than 1.3 bar.
4. Open the ball valve (1) and set the switch setting for the next test step.
