Winterhalter Gastronom Glass washing machine GS 29
1. Application
The Winterhalter Gastronom glasswashing machine GS 29 is designed for cleaning all kinds
of glasses used in the catering trade. The machine may only be used for this purpose and
must be operated in accordance with these operating instructions.
Any deviation from the machine's intended purpose or alteration of its design without our writ-
ten consent shall exempt us from all guarantee and product liability.
2. Installation and initial start-up
The machine must be installed and connected to the customer's water supply and waste pipes
in accordance with the "Installation Instructions for Winterhalter Gastronom Glass and Dish
Washers".
The initial start-up and staff briefing must be performed by the Winterhalter Gastronom after-
sales service team according to the "Start-up Instructions for Winterhalter Gastronom Glass-
washing Machines". You should therefore contact the responsible Winterhalter Gastronom
factory representative once the machine has been correctly connected to your supply pipes.
