HDMI/DVI Video Inputs 6 & 7
Both the HDMI and DVI are completely digital video inputs. In the case of
the HDMI the audio is also completely digital and is part of the video and
audio data stream over the HDMI connection. A DVI to HDMI adapter
must be used to input DVI to the HDMI connector. Furthermore, the DVI
connection is digital video only, and the separate red and white audio
inputs must be used.

PC Video Input Video 8

The 2006 SXRD-A models (KDS-50A2000, KDS-55A2000 and KDS-
60A2000) have a Personal Computer Input (PC-IN), which connects
directly to the PC 15 pin DIM connector (HD15 connector).

Stereo Mini Plug) for the PC. There is a complete table of PC Input Signal
Compatibility in the Owners Manual (Page 100). Reference Table A in
the Introduction section, which provides the suggested PC Input Signals
for best display results due to the 60Hz Vertical frequency.

Audio Outputs

Variable/Fixed Audio Tutput

This audio output can be used to listen to the TV audio through a external
stereo system. The variable and fixed function is controlled within the
User Menu.

Optical Audio Output (Digital)

Connects to the optical audio input of any digital audio equipment that is
PCM/Dolby digital compatible. The Optical Audio Output is only available
when receiving a digital channel.
