- Page 3 Seat height adjustment: Adjust your seat height so that you are able to place your feet flat on the floor without feeling any pressure on the underside of your thighs on the edge of the front seat. - Page 4 3 Point Synchro-Mechanism: Your chair has a 3 point synchro-mechanism that supports the complex movements of the back, hips/thigh region and legs as a single unit, and thus supports dynamic sitting. To adjust the chair to your individual weight, pull the lever located on the right side out and turn it clockwise.

- Page 6 Lumbar Adjustment, Upholstered Version: To adjust the lumbar support location, move the grips on the chair back with boths hands upwards or downwards until the desired position is reached. To gain more lumbar contour, pump the lumbar up by pushing the lower right lever up. To decrease the contour, push the lever down.

System X-99 offers a 3 position seat depth adjustment to meet your individual needs by turning the front edge of the seat to the optimal position. - Page 9 Forward Tilt: System X-99 has an automatic forward seat angle optimization, that through the shifting of the user’s weight can adjust as far as 4.5 degrees forward. You don’t have to activate this adjustment, it moves with you to increase your seated comfort. The pressure on your spinal column will be reduced in the front seated posture and you will reach an open seat angle that promotes blood circulation, and the facilitation of breathing and digestion.
