with regard to the provision of services are regulated
in Terms & Condition and EULA document which
may be found in the application developed for My-
ŠKODA Connect.

MyŠKODA Connect is an intelligent solution that
provides a safe, convenient and smart driving experi-
ence to stay connected with your car and your fami-
ly.
The MyŠKODA Connect services are part of the ve-
hicle's equipment.
Requirements
Availability of the ŠKODA Connect services
✓ The MyŠKODA Connect services are available.
✓ The user has a paired car with a phone number.
Availability depends on the following conditions:
Cellular networks through which the connection to

the MyŠKODA Connect services is ensured are
available.

The availability, functioning, connection speed
and technology used in the mobile network can
be different in the respective countries and are
dependent on the mobile network operator.

In areas where there is insufficient signal, e.g. in
underground garages etc., functionality may be
limited.

MyŠKODA Connect Application
The MyŠKODA Connect application enables features
like Real Time Vehicle Tracking, Driving Behavior,
Safety & Security, Trip analysis etc.
The application can be downloaded to the mobile de-
vice from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Requirements

✓ The user has a paired car with a phone number.

mobile device and enter the phone number.

Enter the OTP code from the received SMS and
log in.

Functionality
The User as well as Vehicle data is collected while
using MyŠKODA Connect which is well protected by
service provider as per the guidelines laid by the
Government of India.
Personal Data
Personal customer data is collected, processed and
used by ŠKODA AUTO in accordance with the provi-
sions of the generally binding legal provisions.
The current declaration on the protection of person-
al data can be found in the MyŠKODA Connect appli-
cation.
As a contracting party with regard to the use of the
MyŠKODA Connect services, you must ensure the
protection of personal data and the right to privacy.
Inform the vehicle user and passengers that the vehi-
cle is transmitting user data and using localization
services. Failure to provide this information can vio-
late the rights of vehicle users and passengers.
Localisation services include, for example, informa-
tion on the last parking position, area notification or
speed notification.
Vehicle Status Report
Usage
The vehicle status report function allows you to have
online control over the conditions of the vehicle.
The service is available in the MyŠKODA Connect ap-
plication.
The available vehicle data includes vehicle status and
vehicle health.
Requirements
The service and the coupled functions are available
depending on the following conditions:
