• Set the target time by pressing the +/- button and then store it by
pressing again the SET button.
• Each next pressing of the SET button will move on to the next digit setting.
Press and hold the +/-   button to quickly change the value of the digit.
• Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to exit and save the whole
settings. Timer displays time normally.
• Double fast tap the  SET button to shift between 12-hour and 24-hour
display format.
• Press the +/- button to adjust the brightness across 4 levels.
Countdown Timer dn:
• Press the FUNCTION button to select the countdown timer function.
• To set a new countdown timer, hold the SET button for 3 seconds to
enter the setting mode, the first digit starts blinking.
• Set the target countdown time by pressing +/- button and then store it by
pressing again the SET button.
• Each next pressing of the SET button will move on to the next digit setting.
• Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds again to exit and save the
settings.
• Press the START  button to begin the just set countdown timer.
Count up Timer UP:
• Press the FUNCTION button to select the count-up timer function.
• To set a new count-up timer, hold the   SET   button for 3 seconds to enter
the setting mode, the first digit starts blinking.
• Set the target time by pressing the   +/-   button and then store it by
pressing again the SET   button. Each next pressing of the SET   button
will move on to the next digit setting.
• Press and hold the SET   for 3 seconds again to exit and save the whole
settings.
• Press the START  button to begin the just set count-up timer.
Workout Interval timer 01 (3x):
Interval timer function allows you to set any interval time workout programs
made of workout time and rest time segments. Timer beeps once when
workout time ends and beep twice when rest time ends.
• Two green digits display the round number, another 4 digits display MM:SS
format time.

• Press FUNCTION button to select the interval timer function.
• Press and hold the  SET   button for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode,
the first green digit starts blinking.
• Set the number of rounds by pressing the +/- button.
• Press the SET button for 3 seconds to set H1 workout time
• Set the workout time by pressing the +/- button and then store it by
pressing again the SET button. Each following SET button press will
move on to the next digit setting.
• Press the SET button for 3 seconds to set H2 rest time.
• Set the rest time by pressing the +/- button and then store it by pressing
again the SET button. Each following SET button press will move on to
the next digit setting.
• Now you can set the Beep Pacer. The timer will show this display:
Here can be set how often you want to hear the beep during training. Enter
the value by pressing +/- , press the SET button to move between
the values to be set. Press and hold SET for 3 seconds to save the Beep
Pacer.
• Once all settings are completed, press and hold the SET   button for 3
seconds to save all and exit the settings. Timer stops blinking.
• Before pressing START , you can choose whether to send the work and
recovery time UP or DOWN. Quickly double tap the SET button to switch
between up and down.
• Press the START   button to start the just set workout interval timer
program.
• Three different Interval Timers can be saved, following the same procedure
described above also for the next screens of program 01, which are 3 in
total. Once set, they will remain saved in the memory of your Nano Timer.
TABATA timer F1:
Pre-set TABATA timer workout mode consists of 8 rounds of 20-second
workout time and 10-second rest time. The timer beeps once when
time ends
and beeps twice when rest time ends.
• Press the  FUNCTION   button to select the TABATA timer function.
• Press the START   button to Start/stop the workout timer.
• Double fast tap the START   button to reset the timer.
FIGHT GONE BAD timer F2:
Pre-set FIGHT GONE BAD timer workout mode consists of three 5-minute
rounds and 1 minute rest time between each round. The timer beeps once
for each 1-minute workout time start and beeps twice for each 1-minute rest
time start.
