Product Details:
• Item: 6-digit 1-inch Xenios USA® Nano Timer

• Material: silicon case with acrylic lens, easy-to set integrated buttons on the top.
• The Nano Timer is supplied by an internal Lithium Battery 800mAH - 3.7V
• Power adapter charger specs: AC 110V-240V – Output DC 5V 1A with Type C
USB cable. Power adapter is not supplied with the Xenios USA® Nano
Timer.
• Warning: to recharge the Nano Timer battery with a wrong voltage may result into
product damages that will not be covered by the product warranty.
• Internal battery capacity: full charged in 3 hours, lasts 10 hours.
• Special Features: built-in powerful magnet on the timer back side to let the Timer
be mounted on metal surfaces.
Button Layout:
POWER button: press and hold POWER button for 3 seconds to turn on/
off the timer.
+/- button: press to increase/decrease the value. Hold the number button for
fast increase or decrease.
+/- button: press to adjust brightness across 4 levels.
• FUNCTION button: select between 7 functions mode.
• SET button: press and hold for 3 seconds into setting mode.
START button: press to start/stop the timer.
• Reset: stop the timer before resetting it. Double fast tap the START button
to reset.
• Battery status: small red light on the top. Led light turns on when timer is being
charging, and turns off when full charged. Timer displays "Lo" when battery is low.
• Press and hold FUNCTION to activate/deactivate the Nano Timer sound.
General Settings:
There are 7 modes on the software of the Xenios USA
1. Clock: 12-hour/24-hour HH:MM time display.
2. Countdown timer: programmable, max countdown from 99:59. Format: dn MM:SS.
3. Count-up timer: programmable, max count up to 99:59. Format: UP - MM:SS
4. Workout Interval timer (3x): programmable workout time, rest time and rounds,
up to 99 rounds. On the memory of the timer can be saved up to 3 different Interval
Training modes (under the same program mode called 01).
5. TABATA timer: pre-programmed interval timer, 8 rounds of 20 seconds workout and
10 seconds rest.
6. FIGHT GONE BAD timer: pre-programmed interval timer, 3 rounds of 5X1 minute
workout and then 1 minute rest.
7. Stopwatch: count up from zero up to 99 minutes 59 seconds and 99 hundredths of
a second. Format: MM: SS: MS.
At First
• Press the FUNCTION button to select the desired above listed mode.
To start the Most Recently Used Workout Program:
• Press the START button to start, just after having pressed the FUNCTION button
to select the Interval Timer mode.
To Set a New Workout Program:
• Hold the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode. The first digit starts
blinking.
• Set the target time by pressing the +/- button and then store it by pressing again
the SET button.
• Each next pressing of the SET button will move on to the next digit setting. Press and
hold  +/- button to quickly change the value of the digit.
• Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to exit and save the whole settings.
Timer stops blinking.
• Press the START button to begin or stop the just set Workout Program.
• To reset a timer: pause the timer and then double fast tap START button
Clock:
• Press the  FUNCTION button to select the clock function. Or hold  START button
for 3 seconds to turn on the display. Timer displays the clock function every time it is
powered on.
Standard time (12-hour)
• To change the time, hold the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode,
the first digit starts blinking.
