Questions and answers
We keep getting the nc error, we cannot find the ncco reactor replaceplent. We have had the unit for approx 18 months and have changed the regular filter3 or 4 times but now it won’t come off the error screen each time we reset it. Looked to replace the ncco filters but can’t find them to do so
To resolve the "nC" error on a Westinghouse NCCO1702 unit:
1. Turn off the unit but keep it connected to the power supply.
2. Long press the ON/OFF button for 10 seconds until a 'Da' sound is heard.
3. Press the Air Speed Increase button.
4. "nF" will display for 3 seconds, exiting the reminder mode.
5. Turn the unit back on for normal operation.
The NCCO reactor replacement is available for sustainable use and should be replaced if it is covered with dust or oily substances, especially when the HEPA filter has not been replaced periodically or is damaged.
