    3. INTRODUCTION 3.1. PRODUCT PRESENTATION The MB-RS module allows to connect the entire range of M-Bus modules (except the MB-BT – Bluetooth) on a PC or a PLC with USB or RS232 through and ASCII protocol or with MODBUS-RTU. Up to 254 inputs can be connected.

    6. MODBUS RTU COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL This protocol allows to connect the MB-RS on a PLC compatible with the MODBUS RTU. This protocol allows to control all the functionalities of the MB-RS through several registers. Up to 256 registers can be read by data frame.
