INTRODUCTION

The High Pressure Needle Valve restricts or
shuts off the hydraulic oil flow within a
hydraulic circuit. Turning the handle clockwise
will restrict the oil flow until shutting it off
completed. The hydraulic circuit design must
account for the pressure load upstream of the
closed valve.

UNPACKING

WARNING! Do not operate the device if any
part is missing. Replace the missing part before
operating. Failure to do so could result in a
malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the
packaging and inspect for damage. Make sure
that all items in the parts list are included.

ASSEMBLY &
INSTALLATION
Install the valve at a point in
the hydraulic circuit where
you wish to restrict or stop
the flow of oil. Install the
valve so the oil flows into Port
1 and out of Port 2.
